ABOUT OUR TOURS:

We are able to take you to an area behind our fences which allows you to see the external areas of the buildings and our play yards. This is set back a distance from the pet rooms in order to minimise disturbance to our guests. Our guests are trying hard to settle in to their new environment while their humans are away, so please be mindful of their privacy as some overlook this area from their rooms. Viewings are available from 10-12 noon or between 1-3pm, Monday to Saturday, excluding school and public holidays. Whilst there is no need to book, please be aware that this is based on availability at the time, as the pets in our care are our highest priority. Below, we have put together a detailed video to allow online viewing.

Can I have a viewing at drop off?

If you would like a tour of the facility, this will need to be arranged before your drop off date. It’s not good for your pet if you to stay around, as it’s much better to say goodbye in the office and let them come with us. A quick drop off is the best & easiest drop off for your pet.

We suggest booking in a tour when you make your booking, or at least before the day of arrival.
